Q1 : How do I check the library version?
Open Windows Settings, select “System” (*depending on the version of Windows 10, may be “Apps” instead of “System”), select “Apps & Features”.
The version of each library can be confirmed by its program name.
Q2 : How can I check the installer version?
Right click on the installer file. (NTTD-LIB-xxx_SETUP.exe) of each library and check Properties -> “Product Model” for details.
Q3 : After installing the library it was added to the start menu. But there is no destination shown even though I click User Guide. Please tell me how to deal with it.
If you are using an installer (version "xxx0) that requires admin rights, if you log in with a user account and switch to an account with admin rights during installation, it may be installed in the accounts folder at have admin rights

If the libraries are installed under the WinActor folder of the administrator account above, copy the libraries folder under the account using the following steps.
① Copy the following library folder under My Documents created in the admin account to your account.
[Admin account]\Documents\WinActor\[Library folder]
→ [Account Used]\Documents\WinActor\[Library Folder]
[Admin account]\Documents\WinActor\Libraries\NTTDATA_v1.0.0\[Library folder]
→ [Accounts Used]\Documents\WinActor\Libraries\NTTDATA_v1.0.0\[Library Folder]
Please note that you will need write permissions for your account when copying.
② Place the license file “lservrc” in the following library folder.
[Account Used]\Documents\WinActor\[Library Folder]
When uninstalling the copied folder will not be deleted, please delete it manually.
Q4 : Is it possible to place a library in [C:¥Users¥Public] so that all users can use the terminal?
It cannot be used in that way.
Q5 : I installed the library on the server OS, can I use it via Remote Desktop if there is no other choice?
Server operating system is not supported and cannot be used.
Install the library on the client operating system and use it with Remote Desktop connections.
Q6 : Currently the library supports only client operating systems (Win7 and Win10), will there be plans to support server operating systems in the future?
Mac OS is not supported, please check WinActor's product description for operating environment.
Q7 : Does the installation of libraries (*1) provided by NTTDATA require installation permissions to the terminal?
It depends on the installer version.
For “xxx0”: Admin privileges are required.
For “xxx1”: Administrator privileges are not required.
To check the installer version, you can check the installer file. (NTTD-LIB-xxx_SETUP.exe) for each library by right-clicking the library and checking Properties → “Product Version” in details.

Q8 : Do the libraries provided by NTT Data (*1) support Windows 8?
The library only supports Windows10.
